Which shipping options are available and what are the shipping fees?
We offer free shipping with all orders. From the moment the order leaves our warehouse, we deliver in 1-2 business days.
All orders are processed Monday through Saturday (Saturday only where the service is available and has been selected), excluding Sunday and holidays. MADDAVID cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delivery delays beyond its control.
Where do we ship?
For now, we only deliver in the Netherlands. To view all the available delivery destinations, please click on “Ship to” on the top left hand corner to view all the countries where shipments are available.
RETURNS & REFUND
All items purchased in the MADDAVID online store may be returned to us within 30 days after receipt. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
How can I make a return?
RETURN VIA POST
Place the item(s) you would like to return in the shipping box. Stick the return label that you received with your order on the parcel and make sure to remove or cover the original delivery label. If you’re missing the return label, our Customer Service will be happy to assist you.
If the parcel was delivered with PostNL, please drop it off at your nearest postal office.
To ensure the parcel safely reaches us, we recommend that if offered, ask for a proof of postage. Please remember responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us. You will receive an email notification once we have processed your return shipment. You will receive the refund in the same payment method used for the purchase within 10-14 days, depending on your bank.
All products purchased on the Website may be returned within the following time frame at your own risk. You need to inform us of your intention to return the product(s) within 30 days after the day on which the product(s) come into your physical possession (or into the possession of a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you). You then need to physically return such product(s) to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days after the day you informed us about your intention to return the product(s).
Please make sure that you do not have returns from multiple orders in one parcel to ensure that you get your refund as quickly as possible.
Returned goods must be returned in the same condition as they were sent – and must have their original label. We will not accept or refund goods that have been worn or washed.
If the goods have deteriorated due to a more extensive use, we reserve the right to send the product back to the shipper.

If you withdraw from your order, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery and eventual administration fees, without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to return products.
We may however withhold reimbursement until we have received the products back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the products, whichever is the earliest.
Once your returned products have been checked and inspected at our warehouse, you will receive a refund e-mail notification. Your refund will be paid back to the bank account you have provided.
Refunds usually take up to 8-10 working days to appear on your statement. The length of time depends solely on your card company’s policies. You can always check your refund status on your online account or by contacting your card issuer.
In order to get a full refund it’s important that we receive the goods in the same state you received them (the returned product has to be complete, unworn, unwashed and with all the product labels intact).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to MADDAVID, Waardijnstraat 20, 1383CK Weesp, Netherlands.
To return your product, you should mail your product to MADDAVID, Waardijnstraat 20, 1383CK Weesp, Netherlands.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
